In the Cellar we combine the best of both worlds, the use of cutting-edge technology without distorting the origin of a product millennial. In this sense we use a stemmer/crusher that is not aggressive to the grape which is then transferred to stainless steel tanks with temperature control in order to make the fermentation with the appropriate temperatures.

 

 

Finally, we put the wine in French oak-wood barrels to stage.
